Salty Chakra is provided by Salty Chakra, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). When you use Salty Chakra, you are contracting with Salty Chakra, LLC. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the service.

Salty Chakra is a personal wardrobe companion: you save photos and details of your clothing, and we help you catalogue them, plan outfits, and get gentle styling suggestions — including AI-powered features such as photo identification, occasion-based outfit picks, and a stylist chat.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected. We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation, and branding.

Keep your sign-in credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You retain ownership of the photos and details you save. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload. You can download a backup of your closet and profile at any time from your profile page.

AI suggestions (item identification, outfit recommendations, stylist chat) may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are suggestions, not professional advice — always use your own judgment. You are responsible for how you use AI outputs and for the content you provide as input.

You must not use the AI features to create or process unlawful content, hateful content, or content that infringes others' rights, and you must not attempt to circumvent the service's safeguards.

We may remove or restrict content, filter outputs, or suspend accounts that violate these rules. Rights holders who believe content infringes their rights may contact us for takedown; repeated infringement leads to termination.

You must not misuse the service. That includes:

• Unlawful use, fraud, or spam
• Infringing intellectual property rights
• Interfering with security — introducing malware, probing, or scraping the service
• Reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the service, or circumventing technical limits

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can change or cancel your plan at any time from your profile page, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We work hard to keep Salty Chakra available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your access ends, your closet data remains available for export for a reasonable period; you may also delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Salty Chakra, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
