Refund Policy

We want Salty Chakra to feel right for you. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

This applies to Salt and Soul subscriptions as well as one-time Shake Power Pack purchases.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or email us at thesaltychakra@gmail.com. Paddle's own Refund Policy also applies to your order.

Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal — you'll keep full access until the end of the current billing period, and your closet stays saved. Cancelling and requesting a refund are separate: if you want money back within the 30-day window, request the refund through paddle.net as described above.
